
Challenge
For the Tola brand project, a key challenge was to design a brand that balances modern elegance with cultural authenticity. Distinctive, sophisticated, and feminine, capturing the essence of traditional Arabic fragrances while also feeling contemporary and innovative. Also, Tola’s initial focus is on Arabic and Western fragrances, with potential expansion into women's care, including skincare, haircare, and accessories.
Solution
My goal was to create a versatile brand identity that could evolve seamlessly with Tola’s future product line while embodying elegance and heritage.


Brand Logomark
According to my client's desire to have an Arabic typographic logo. So, the Tola logo design incorporates the letters "ت" and "و" on the right side and the mirrored letters "ل" and "ه" on the left, forming a balanced, aesthetically pleasing shape that conveys a sense of sophistication and quality. The logo’s slender lines evoke elegance and luxury. Additionally, the stylized letters "و" and "ه" are crafted to resemble a feminine eye shape as well as plant leaves, symbolizing nature—a core element in the composition of many perfumes and women's care products.




Brand Logotype
The Tola logotype uses a minimalist, elegant design with the word "TOLA" in a modern, elegant font. It also gives a luxurious and distinctive feel. The curves in the logotype add an elegant and modern touch, creating a sense of flow and sophistication.
Also, the upward slanted in the letter "A" and the downward at the top left in the letter "T" add a unique touch, which brings a stylish flair to the logo. So, I find this aesthetic logotype is well fitting for the brand.


Brand Color Palette
The brand's color palette is chosen carefully to create a luxurious and feminine aesthetic that balances elegance with warmth, evoking a sense of sophistication, creativity, and gentle allure.

Logo Variations
As my usual, a range of versatile logo variations has been thoughtfully crafted to ensure adaptability and visual impact across various platforms and touchpoints. Each variation maintains core brand elements, allowing consistent recognition while adjusting for different formats such as social media profiles, print materials, and digital interfaces. From primary logo designs to simplified icons and submarks, these variations provide the brand with a flexible brand identity that retains its elegance and distinctiveness in every application, enhancing brand cohesion and visual appeal.
